Prof Charalee Graydon
Chair of Trustees
Charalee is a Canadian academic and writer with degrees in law, mediation, and conflict resolution. Following receipt of a Rhodes Scholarship in 1982, she pursued postgraduate legal studies at Oxford. She has developed programmes for students, judges, and the public on legal issues and has published academic works on climate change education. Recent books include Creating a Masterpiece: The Arts and Climate Change Conflict and Life on Planet Earth: My Story. She also created mediation programmes for teachers with EduCCate and Mediators Beyond Borders International, and climate change and sustainability material for EduCCate’s Energy Reduction initiative with schools.
Weihai (Bob) He
Trustee
As a European Engineer (EUR ING), Chartered Engineer (CEng), and Chartered IT Professional (CITP), Weihai practices Engineering and IT at the highest professional levels, with expertise in software and systems engineering and the architecture of large and complex mission-critical systems, with distributed operational (OT) and information technologies (IT). As a Chartered Scientist (CSci), Weihai demonstrates a high level of professionalism and competence in Science and Technologies, with a strong passion for computer science research in Emerging Technologies, especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Agents Systems), blockchain/DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology), and Internet of Things (IoT), and their applications and promises in energy, sustainability, and climate areas.
Daniel Tate
Trustee
Daniel is a South African Rhodes Scholar, Allan Gray Fellow, and DPhil (PhD) candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford. He holds three degrees, has four years of award-winning experience at the highest levels of student leadership, and previously worked with the One South Africa Movement (now Build One South Africa), directly with the former Leader of the Opposition in South Africa, Mmusi Maimane MP. Daniel strives to improve prospects for sustainable and inclusive development in Africa through his research into the politics of international energy cooperation, specifically looking at African states’ cross-border electricity trade in Southern and Eastern Africa. Concurrently with his research, he has provided research and teaching assistance to various academics, and has served in multiple senior student leadership roles, including as a member of the University of Cape Town’s Student Representatives Council.
Jung Kian Ng
Trustee
With over three years of experience as a Carbon/Power Specialist at McKinsey & Company, Jung Kian has developed a strong expertise in financial modelling, emission trading scheme designs, and energy economics. As a Rhodes Scholar, he has also acquired a solid foundation in public policy and environmental economics from the University of Oxford. His passion is to apply his analytical, mathematical, and communication skills to advise public/private sector clients design and implement effective and sustainable solutions to address the global challenges of climate change and energy transition. He was previously a Fellow at the International Strategy Forum, a one-year fellowship sponsored by Schmidt Futures, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with other talented and diverse professionals from various fields and sectors to tackle complex and interdisciplinary problems.
Michal Fonea Alexandron

Michal Fonea Alexandron is an ESG and long-term investments expert, who manages a portfolio
of energy and infrastructure companies in Europe and Eastern Europe. She heads the Business
Impact Forum at the Hurvitz Institute for Strategic Management at Tel Aviv University and heads
the ESG for Growth course for Directors and Managers at Tel Aviv University. She advises investors, start-ups, and government bodies about ESG.
